Virginia Firefighters Respond to Working Structure Fire

Engine 4, located at the intersection of Lake Kilby and Pitchkettle Road, was first to arrive to the Boston neighborhood for a working structure fire. Fire units found a two-story residence with fire showing. An aggressive interior fire attack quickly placed the fire under control. Firefighters also had to fight the extreme heat with temperatures over 105 degrees. Other units on scene were Engine 1, Rescue 1, Battalion 1 and Ladder 3.
