On February 8, 2005, a blaze consumed a single-family residential structure in Monroe, Wisconsin.

Upon arrival, the second floor of the home was fully engulfed with heavy smoke billowing from the building.

An initial interior attack was abandoned when the second floor flashed over.

The structure was later demolished due to structural instability.
