Wiggins, Mississippi House Fire
On November 4, 2006, the Wiggins Fire Department responded to a structure fire located on the 1200 block of Project Rd. Initial first report included in the size up was heavy smoke and flames showing. Also noted was this house had been renovated three times, adding three different roof structures.
After a quick offensive attack, and with the construction problems facing them, a defensive attack was initiated by the IC. No firefighter injuries or civilian injuries reported.
The fire is being investigated at this time.
