Oregon Crash Victim Extricated

At 11:25 a.m. on Feb 9, a two-car wreck occurred in the area of Lone Elder Rd. and Hwy 170, in rural Canby.

One person was trapped inside the vehicle. Firefighters used a rescue tool to pry the door open so they could treat and remove the victim.

The victim, a 21 year-old Canby area woman, was the only person in the car.

She sustained head and neck injuries. She was flown from the scene to a trauma center. 

The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
