N.C. Kitchen Fire Destroys Home
Several pets died in a mobile home fire in Hampstead on Feb. 1.
The fire started near the stove and was reported around 3:20 p.m.
Firefighters pulled a woman from the structure who was suffering from smoke inhalation.
Additional crews from Sloop Point and Surf City also responded.
