Responding DC Fire Truck, Bus Collide, Four FFs Hurt

The driver, the only one on the tour bus, also was injured.

Four firefighters were injured Wednesday afternoon in a collision between a fire truck and a bus.

The crash occurred at 12:45 p.m. at Alabama and Pennsylvania avenues, NBC4 reported.

The crew and a civilian riding along on the engine as well as the tour bus driver were taken to a hospital for injuries. No other information about their conditions was available. 

Reports indicated the fire engine was responding to a call when the crash occurred. More information will be provided when it becomes available.
