Two Prince George's County firefighters were injured Thursday night when their ambulance was struck by a tractor-trailer.
The crew was on the scene of a previous crash on I-495 when it was hit, according to Prince George's County Fire/EMS officials.
The EMS personnel were transported to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. There was no information about the people in the original crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
