A ladder truck from Middletown Volunteer Fire Department was struck Thursday morning while responding to a structure fire.
Firefighters immediately treated the civilian driver, who was taken to a hospital, Chief Kenton Whitebread said in a press release.
The crash occurred about 7 a.m. at an intersection in Londonderry Township.
Firefighters provided immediate aid to the driver who hit the truck. The civilian was taken to a hospital for evaluation.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the crash.
