Two Men Arrested for Threatening NY Firefighters

The Seneca Falls firefighters were called to an outside fire when two men threatened them with physical harm.

Police arrested two men who threatened firefighters who were called to an outside fire at a Seneca Falls home.

Seneca Falls firefighters were responding to the fire around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday when two men threatened them with physical harm, yelled at them and harassed them.

Police arrested Jack Harris and Wayne Purnell, both 25, according to WHEC.com.

Purnell, 25, of Seneca Falls was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct when he shouted threats to prevent firefighters from accessing the fire.
