Motorcyclist Killed in Crash with Memphis Fire Engine

The fire truck was leaving the station on a call when the crash occurred.

A motorcyclist was killed Saturday night after his bike collided with a fire truck.

Witnesses told WNC that the motorcyclist was traveling fast and couldn't avoid striking the engine.

The man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Firefighters were responding to a medical call when the crash occurred.

Neighbors told reporters they've experienced speeding on their street.
