Off-Duty NH Firefighter Killed in Motorcycle Crash

A Hudson firefighter was killed in a motorcycle crash Monday night.

Firefighter/Paramedic Todd J. "Woody" Berube, 48, was pronounced dead at the scene despite efforts to revive him, WMUR reported.

He started with the Hudson Fire Department since 2002 and was promoted to lieutenant in 2017.

A car made a left-hand turn causing Berube's motorcycle to hit the passenger's side, police reported.

The crash remains under investigation.
