Firefighters treated a 9-month-old girl who was dropped off at Engine 91′s Manhattan firehouse after a statewide Amber Alert was issued for her.

A 9-month-old girl abducted by her father in Harlem has been safely returned — dropped off at an FDNY firehouse in Manhattan.

The state issued an Amber Alert for little Mi Angel Gaines on Monday afternoon and at 11:45 p.m., the baby was brought to Engine 91′s headquarters at E. 111th St.

“Last night, members of Engine 91 were approached by a female with a baby while at their firehouse on 111th St in Manhattan,” the Uniformed Firefighters Association tweeted Tuesday. “The woman claimed that another female who was suspected to be under the influence of drugs handed her the baby and took off.”

The firefighters checked the little girl’s vital signs to make sure she was healthy, and contacted police.

An NYPD spokeswoman said the Amber Alert had been cancelled.

The father, 22-year-old Antonio Armstrong, has not yet been detained, police said.
