eDispatches was launched in 2004 with the mission of providing value driven secondary notification services to the emergency responder community. Many two-tone paging systems used by emergency responders experience limitations due to range or topography of their coverage area. eDispatches is able to capture your dispatch audio and deliver it to both cell phones or landlines using a variety of delivery options. Nearly all of our services do not require dispatch involvement and your dispatch center does not need to be notified the eDispatches system has been deployed. We offer a variety of alerting methods to cover all styles of phones.
Essentially, eDispatches is able to send your audio dispatch, dispatcher CAD information as well as personnel response and availability data to your wireless device for a low cost subscription. Nearly all of our services do not require dispatchers to perform any added steps to their normal operation. In almost all cases, you need not even notify your dispatch center you are using our system.
Our mobile apps offer the most robust experience and include all of the bells and whistles. These apps allow your phone to operate similar to a voice pager with repeat and streaming audio. Add the ability to identify you are available or not prior to calls coming in and your response status once they do a dispatch. For people who embrace a more basic form of technology we have direct phone call and/or text messaging. Regardless of the device you use, eDispatches can work for you.
Our mass messaging component is included with all plans and allows users the ability to send their own messages to the department via a Priority Text Message or Priority Blast Voice Message. The Priority Text Message is free and included with any package for unlimited use. Message one, several, all or specific groups you predetermine via our mobile app or web portal. Priority Blast Voice messaging is a small additional charge. This allows the department to record a message into our app or any phone line with an access code. They are prompted to record a message which can be sent out to the people that are selected. Predetermined groups made up by the admin make this an easy process for specific mass messages. Many clients use this as a back-up to dispatch in the event of a radio system failure.
eDispatches has built a vast network for reliability and fail-over redundancy. The network is monitored 24 hours per day with technical support available to individual clients Monday-Friday. eDispatches provides reliable services to hundreds of thousands of recipients all under no-contract. We offer a minimum 30-day trial to all new accounts and provide all of the necessary equipment free of charge.
