Serena, IL, Community Fire Protection District has taken delivery of an Alexis Fire Equipment rescue.

Serena, IL, Community Fire Protection District has taken delivery of an Alexis Fire Equipment rescue built on a Spartan Metro Star LFD cab and chassis with 10-inch raised roof. It is powered by a Cummins 450-hp engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. The non-walk-in body is a heavy-duty aluminum construction. It has a four-bottle 6,000-psi cascade system, an Onan 25,000-watt generator, Amdor roll-up doors and a Will-Burt light tower and Whelen scene and warning lights.
