Crystal, PA, Fire Dept. Orders New Top-Mount Pumper

Engine 12 is a new top-mount pumper built by Pierce for the Crystal Fire Department, St. Mary's, PA. The new engine is built on a Pierce Enforcer cab and chassis and powered by a Cummins ISL engine and an Allison Transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous 1,750-gpm pump and a 750-gallon water tank with a 20-gallon foam cell. Other equipment includes a Harrison 6,000-watt Harrison generator, a Will-Burt NightScan light tower and a collection of pull out and swing out tool boards, custom tool box and slide-out trays.
