Take a look at a custom brush unit built on a flatbed, a hi-tech hazardous materials unit, a new tanker and pumper, plus a refurbished tanker.

SVI Trucks built this walk-in hazardous materials unit with a 24-foot aluminum body on a Sutphen Monarch chassis for Lexington County, SC, Fire Service. The rig features a Big Foot automatic leveling system, Bosch MIC Dual Thermal PTZ camera on a 70-foot Will-Burt telescoping mast, FRC Spectra Max scene lighting and a Command Light Knight series tower. Franklin Volunteer Fire Company of Mansfield Township, NJ, has put into service a Pierce Impel pumper. Fire suppression includes a 2,000-gpm pump, 980-gallon water tank, and a 20-gallon Class A foam tank. Click here for more.

The Craytonsville, SC, Volunteer Fire Department operates this refurbished tanker. Originally built in 2002, the Ford F-750 Workhorse tanker is equipped with a 200-gpm pump and an 1,800-gallon water tank with a rear dump and front discharge.

The Baraga, MI, Fire Department took delivery of this 2,500-gallon tanker built by Midwest Fire on a Freightliner M2-112 chassis with a top-mount pump. Equipment includes a Hale Qmax XS 1,500-gpm split-shaft pump, a stainless steel Newton 10-inch Square Swivel Dump Valve with 36-inch telescoping chute, a Whelen traffic advisor, and a TFT Hurricane Monitor. Click here for more.

It was built on an aluminum flatbed with manwells, dual rear-skirt storage compartments and has a Feld Skid Unit with a 250-gallon Defender 2CE Tank, Hale HPX200-H20 pump, and a Hannay hose reel.
