Sutphen built this pumper with a 182-inch wheelbase for the Scranton, PA, Bureau of Fire.

The rig is built on a Sutphen Monarch heavy-duty chasis with a four-person cab featuring a 10-inch raised roof. It is powered by a 450-hp Cummins L9 engine and Allison Gen 5 EVS3000 transmission with a Leece Neville 320-amp alternator.

It is equipped with a Hale Qmax 1,500-gpm single-stage pump and 750-gallon water tank. It has four crosslays with seven discharges.

The stainless steel body features Sutphen's Huckbolt construction and the rig boasts 170 cu. ft. of storage space.

Emergency warning equipment includes: A Federal Q2B siren and a Whelen Freedom IV 72” LED lightbar mounted with an Opticom module. Scene lighting includes a FRC Spectra LED brow light, FRC Spectra Tele Lights and FRC Spectra LED scene lights.

The rig has a 12-inch formed steel channel bumper and a single, grille-mounted Brigade camera system.
