Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services recently took delivery of 10 new Smeal 105-foot, rear-mount aerial quints.

Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services recently took delivery of 10 new Smeal 105-foot rear-mount aerial quints. They are built on Smeal Sirius chassis, and powered by Cummins ISX15 500 hp engines, with Allison EVSP-R transmissions. They feature Waterous CMUC20 2,250-gpm pumps, and carry 400 imperial gallons of water on board. The aerials have Waterous One-Step CAFS, Smeal 105-foot aerials, Akron monitors, diagrammatic overlay pump panels, and the Smeal SG09 Green Power Auxiliary Power Units.
