Eudora, Miss., Gets New Mini-Pumper/Rescue

Eudora Volunteer Fire Department, located in the unincorporated area in western DeSoto County, Miss., is proud to announce the delivery of Rescue 13, a 2015 Dodge 5500 Mini Pumper/Rescue by Deep South Fire Trucks, Inc.
Rescue 13 features a Hale Pump capable of 265 gpm. Its water capacity is a 300-gallon tank with a 10-gallon foam tank, integrated with a Scotty 4071 Mini "Around the Pump" foam porportioner system.
It features a Honda EU3000 portable generator, "Z" Strut System, RHYNO Windshield Cutter, SCBA's, vehicle extrication air bag lift systems, and hand tools. In addition, Rescue 13 has been outfitted with a new set of TNT Hydraulic Extrication Tools including: 1 - Accelerator, 6.5hp honda Gasoline Power Unit, two Tool Twin Power Unit, a 3-hp Gasoline Two Tool Alternating Power Unit; a 28-inch Spreader; a 7 3/8 inch C-Cutter; a Combo Tool (Cutter/Spereader); a 20-inch Ram; - a 40-inch Ram, and Two Sets of New Hoses.
The Eudora Community made these purchases possible through continued financial support of annual fire dues and donations.
