Firefighters with the Eagan, MN, Fire Department have taken delivery of a unique pumper built by Custom Fire on a Sutphen cab and chassis.

Firefighters with the Eagan, MN, Fire Department have taken delivery of a unique pumper built by Custom Fire on a Sutphen cab and chassis with a concealed bolted, stainless steel body. The blacked-out pumper is powered by a Cummins 450-hp ISL 9 engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous 1,500-gpm pump and a 750-gallon UPF tank with a 30-gallon foam cell. Other equipment includes a FoamPro 2001 single-agent foam system, a Fire Research Corporation TGA-300 pressure governor and an oil-less Waterous primer. Other features include a Whelen LED lightbar,an Opticom emitter and Whelen scene and warning lights.
