Delivery: Goodyear, AZ, Clean Cab Pumper

The Goodyear Fire Department designed this custom 1,500-gpm pumper built on a Pierce Impel cab and chassis with a clean cab design.

The Goodyear Fire Department will take delivery of this custom pumper built on a Pierce Impel cab/chassis featuring the clean cab concept. 

The pumper, with an overall length of 33 feet, 11.5 inches features a Pierce 1,500-gpm PUC pump, 500-gallon water tank and a Husky 3 foam system with a 40-gallon cell. 

The clean cab design includes the removal of SCBA from the cab and an exhaust diverter was added to blow exhaust away from firefighters. 

School bus mirrors were spec'd to improve visibility.
