A young boy was burned after in a fire consumed a large home in west Fort Worth on Dec. 28.
Crews were called to the 11000 block of Northview Drive around 6 a.m. and found heavy fire coming from a two-story home.
Crews immediately went to a defensive attack and worked to protect nearby homes.
Four engines, one quint and several chief officers responded, along with MedStar EMS.
The fire was contained in about an hour.
