Rescue 21 and Rescue 23 are identical units purchased in 1996. The units contain emergency medical equipment and tools used for auto extrication and rescue. Both units are built on a Ford F-450 4x4 chassis and contain 250 gallons of water and a 150 gallon per minute pump.
