Firefighters with the Slackwood Fire Company, Lawrence Township, N.J., have replaced their Snorkel apparatus with a 2015 Seagrave 105-foot platform.

Firefighters with the Slackwood Fire Company, Lawrence Township, N.J., have replaced their Snorkel apparatus with a 2015 Seagrave 105-foot platform. This unit has a Cummins 500-hp motor and Allison 4000EVS transmission. It has a Hale 2,000 gpm single-stage pump and 500-gallon UPF Poly-Tank III water tank. Other features include an Onan 10,000-watt hydraulic generator, Fire Research Corp. scene lights, Whelen warning lights and an Akron Apollo monitor. It also has a 30-inch front bumper with a hydraulic tool reel.

The new aerial has three crosslay hose beds, a six occupant cab, back-up camera, LED warning lights and walkway light with blue LED lights.
