The accident happened in the 4700 of Bonita Valley Road in the parking lot of Bonita Valley Christian Center at about 3:20 p.m. Two of the four firefighters onboard received minor injuries and were transported to Mercy Hospital, NBC 7/39 reported.

Investigators were at the scene trying to determine if the problem arose because of a driver error or an onboard computer failure. Fire truck computers help control the vehicle's steering.

The truck is seven years old and costs $500,000, NBC 7/39 reported.
