Woman Dies In Philadelphia House Fire

Officials believe the smoke alarm was not working.

There is no word on the cause of a fatal house fire in Philadelphia's Frankford section.

It happened just after 6 a.m. Sunday on the 1500 block of East Cheltenham Avenue.

Firefighters found a woman's body on the first floor.
