New Jersey Firefighters Hire An Attorney In Response To Alleged Harrassment Charges

Schopmann Drive residents Timothy Carter and Peter DeVries lodged complaints in April and May with local police, saying the volunteer firefighters at that station have been harassing them for months
In response to an incident of alleged harassment of a neighboring gay couple, volunteer firefighters from the town's North End Fire Department have hired an attorney to represent them in a pending investigation.

Thomas J. Cammarata, of the Jersey City firm Boffa, Shaljian, Cammarata, Nulty and Garrigan, said he will represent the firefighters, who operate out of the firehouse on Paterson Plank Road.
