An overnight scare at the Dupont Plant in Chesterfield County kept emergency officials busy.

They worked for about 2 hours to contain a spill involving a toxic chemical inside that plant on Jeff Davis Highway.

We are told officials created a foam barrier to stop the spread of the chemical. fire. Officials say their biggest concern was that the chemical would ignite, but they say the situation is now under control.
