Chicago Fire Department Upset Over City's Construction Plans

Plans to remove Dan Ryan Expy. ramps at 59th Street aren't sitting well with the Chicago Fire Department because a new fire station soon will be built nearby and firefighters want easy access to the highway for emergencies.
