Four adults are dead after a house fire in Crawford County. The call for help came in to the Crawford County Sheriff's Department sometime after four this morning that a trailer house just off Highway 60 loop was on fire.
According to investigators, a person staying in a camper trailer behind the home woke-up and saw the blaze. That person called a neighbor for help before rushing to the back of the burning trailer to try and make entry. Unfortunately, the home was already fully-engulfed in flames.
Crawford County Sheriff's Investigator Aaron Beshears says dental records will be used to positively identify the four. Officials say foul play is not suspected at this time, however the fire remains under investigation. The blaze began in the northeast corner of the home in a bedroom. Investigators say the four likely succuumbed to smoke inhalation.
