Firefighters: How did it happen?

The Wyoming and national firefighting community is wondering why and how a Newcastle man with a prior conviction of driving under the influence alcohol and who had been suspended from the Newcastle Volunteer Fire Department for a departmental alcohol violation was allowed to drive a tanker truck to a fire call in what turned out to be a fatal drinking and driving accident late Thursday night.
