Five Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies and a physician from UCLA were hospitalized after their helicopter crashed near the San Gabriel Reservoir Saturday evening.
According to officials, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office helicopter was responding to a vehicle crash in the area when it went down. After crashing, the helicopter came to a stop just feet from a 200-foot cliff.
All six people on the helicopter were transported to the Pomona Valley Medical Center for treatment according to, Fox 11 Los Angeles.
Los Angeles County Fire Department officials said one person was critically injured, two suffered moderate injuries, and the others suffered minor injuries.
All the victims from the crash were currently in stable condition, according to a representative from the Pomona Valley Medical Center.
