Two teenagers have been charged with arson after multiple fires set in a single-family home injured a Universal City firefighter.
Two separate fires took place on the 200 block of Rustic Springs, the latest on March 25.
After an investigation, officials arrested and charged two teens with arson in connection with the fires at the home which is still under construction, KSAT 12 reported.
Officials said investigators had been working on the case for weeks before getting a break in the case when they recovered latent fingerprints from a Zippo lighter fluid can.
The fingerprints lead to an arrest of a 17-year-old, and a 16-year-old, who were charged with arson with bodily injury, and burglary with intent to commit a felony.
