Fire erupted on a tour boat carrying school children Tuesday and and continues to burn early Wednesday.
The fire was reported about 12:00 p.m. on the Spirit of Norfolk and multiple fire departments responded, along with resources from the U.S. Navy to battle the fire.
Another boat picked up the almost 100 passengers before the boat was towed to a Naval station dock where firefighters battled the fire, according to WAVY.com.
Firefighters from Norfolk, Hampton and Portsmouth worked alongside Navy firefighters as the fire spread through the multi-deck boat.
No injuries were reported.
