Solar Panels Blamed for Three-Alarm NJ Warehouse Fire

July 24, 2023
Winslow Township firefighters said the interior of the building was not damaged.

Malfunctioning solar panels are blamed for a three-alarm response to a Michael's Distribution Center in Winslow Township on Sunday.

The panels sustained the majority of the damage while the roof had minor, officials told WPVI.

The interior came away unscathed in the blaze that firefighters took about an hour to extinguish.
