June 18, 2025
A single mother of three had just decorated the home and was days away from moving in, Houston County officials said.

A man out on bond for arson is now accused of lighting another fire that destroyed a home a family was about to move into.

Chelsie Lynn told WTHN she had done renovations and decorated the house. Now, everything is gone.

Houston County deputies arrested Joshua Ingle for arson, the same charge he is facing in another incident.

Lynn said she doesn't know Ingle, and his no idea why her house was targeted.

“They said he did it to some older lady too. And I cant imagine being in the home and the house is on fire. Luckily, we weren’t there."
