A fire investigator was called to a Springfield home on Montgomery Avenue after several vehicles caught fire early Thursday.
Officials say they responded to the 500 block around 2 a.m. and found three vehicles fully engulfed in flames.
Two vehicles were on fire in the back of the house, while the other vehicle was burning out front.
Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the flames once they arrived on scene.
The homeowners were inside at the time of the blaze. No injuries were reported and the fire did not spread to their house.
Investigators, who could not confirm if the incident was suspicious, will determine how the fires started.
Areas of Montgomery Avenue were blocked and taped off while crews handled the incident.
