April 19, 2023
City of Buckeye rescue technicians said the hole was about 100 feet deep.

Rescue technicians with the City of Buckeye Fire Department rescued a construction worker who was trapped in a hole Wednesday.

Crews lowered a radio device down into the hole to talk with the man while they prepared for the hoist operation, Fox 10 reported.

When rigging was ready, a medic was lowered into the hole to check the man out. Both were then hoisted to the surface.
