Watch Buffalo FFs Rescue Woman in Flood Waters
Buffalo firefighters rescued four people who were caught in high flood waters early Friday.
Video captured firefighters using a boat to reach a woman stranded on top of her vehicle, WGRZ-TV reports. Three other people were brought to safety when crews used an apparatus ladder to get to them.
The flooding was caused by city viaducts that overflowed from heavy rainfall. No one in the rescues was hurt.
