An ambulance crew and a teen escaped serious injury Wednesday afternoon in a collision in Rochester.
The unlicensed driver failed to yield and pulled out in front of a CHS ambulance, WROC reported.
The ambulance was not transporting a patient.
The teen was cited for failing to yield the right of way and operating without a license.
