A 28-year-old man who drove his bullet-riddled truck into a South Dallas fire station early Saturday later died of his gunshot wounds, police said. He was shot multiple times while sitting in his pickup, police said.
Police found Kevin Liggins of Dallas inside the blue pickup at the Dallas Fire-Rescue station 44 at 2025 Lagow Street about 1:15 a.m.
He was transported to a hospital where he later died from his injuries. No injuries were reported.
The truck, which had at least six bullet holes, ran into a door in the front of the station.
