    The Wahpeton Fire Department, ND, has taken delivery of a Smeal custom pumper built on a Spartan Gladiator cab and chassis with a stainless steel body. It's powered by a Cummins ISL9 380-hp engine and an Allison transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous C20C 1,500-gpm pump and a Foam Pro 2002 foam system.
