The Lindsay Volunteer Fire Department has taken delivery of a custom-built Midwest Fire tanker.

The Lindsay Volunteer Fire Department has taken delivery of a custom-built Midwest Fire tanker tha's  built on a Freightliner M2-112 Chassis.

The tanker is equipped with a Darley LSP 750 PTO driven pump and a 3,000-gallon All-Poly polypropylene water tank.

The tanker features stainless steel Newton 10-inch electric dump valves with 18-inch telescoping chutes on all three side on the rear of the vehicle.

A ZICO electric portable tank carrier with a 4,000-gallon tank is located on the passenger’s side of the truck.

The lighting package includes Whelen LED warning lights and six scene lights with a Spectra Max S LED brow light.
