Firefighters with the Colonial Park Fire Company in Lower Paxton, PA, have taken delivery of a heavy rescue built by KME Fire Apparatus. It's built on a KME Severe Service LFD cab and chassis, powered by a Cummins ISX 15 500-hp engine and an Allison 4000EVS transmission. It is equipped with a Rosco dual-vision XC camera system, a Firecom digital intercom system, a Hale DSD 1,500 gpm single-stage pump and a 400-gallon UPF Poly water tank with a 30-gallon foam cell. Other features include a Hi-Viz cab scene light, FireTech 150-watt LED brow light, Federal Signal warning lights, Tomar strobelights, a Harrison 15,000-watt hydraulically-driven generator and a Will-Burt 2.3 light tower.
