    Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue, The Dalles, OR, have taken delivery of a custom pumper built by Rosenbauer. It is built on a Rosenbauer RBM Commander cab and chassis which is powered by a Cummins 500-hp engine and an Allison transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous pump and a 1,000-gallon tank and a 30-gallon foam cell.
