Montgomery County, MD,Fire & Rescue has put into service a Pierce 2019 Enforcer pumper.

Montgomery County, MD,Fire & Rescue has put into service a Pierce 2019 Enforcer pumper. It is built on a Pierce four-door, six-passenger cab and chassis with a raise roof and full-height rear doors. It is powered by a Cummins 450-hp L9 engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire, it has a Hale 1,500-gpm single-stage pump, a Trident air priming system, and a 750-gallon UPF Poly Tank III water booster tank. Other features include a Pierce Command Zone control panel, Hannay booster reel, a Hale foam system, a TFT XG-18 Extend-A-Gun monitor, Hi-Viz LED scene lights, Roto-Ray LED warning light, Whelen warning lights, and a Federal Signal Q2B mechanical siren.
