Three people were found dead after an early morning fire at a Lower Swatara Township home, police said.
Lower Swatara firefighters were dispatched to an alarm call on the 500 block of Morgan Drive around 7:30 a.m. Monday and found a house engulfed, with reports of people possibly trapped inside.
Firefighters entered the home and found one person dead, but were forced to retreat when the roof began to collapse, police said.
After the fire was brought under control, two more people were found dead. Their identities have not been released.
The cause of the fire and point of origin are under investigation.
