CBS 2 New York is reporting that more than a dozen teenage girls have been sickened by high carbon monoxide levels at The Chabad of Great Neck.
The Great Neck Vigilant Fire Company was called to a home housing the campers just before 5 a.m. when the girls complained of nausea, headaches and other symptoms.
One girl was hospitalized.
Investigators say the cause of the leak was a malfunctioning heating system.
The Great Neck Alert Fire Company posted about the incident on its Facebook page.
