The program will feature keynote addresses, numerous plenary, concurrent, and poster presentations, several panel discussions, and educational and training workshop opportunities. The Call for Papers is now open for the St. Petersburg Conference, the deadline for submissions is March 1, 2013. Field Trips
Two field trips are being offered in Raleigh, North Carolina. Monday and/or Friday you will have the opportunity to visit the North Carolina State University College of Textiles to examine the equipment and methodology involved in the development and testing of PPE. On Friday we have organized a trip to Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune with several interesting stops in between.
Conference Exhibition
The trade show will take place Tuesday and Wednesday and will provide your agency, organization or company an outstanding opportunity to meet a wide range of people involved in Fire Behavior and Fuels management. We welcome exhibits related to fire prevention, communications, PPE, training, aviation, technology, computer software, biomass utilization, gear, clothing, tools, equipment, and more. We also welcome programs who would like to feature projects they are working on – just contact us to see what’s available.
