Dispatch Wrongly Reports Oklahoma Firefighter Down

The firefighter instead needed a different kind of help

KTEN of Texas has reported that West Bryan County Firefighters mistakenly called a man down over the radio while fighting wildfires. According to the report, a firefighter who called for backup had mistakenly been believed to be calling for medical help.

In fact, nobody was harmed in the blaze, according to the news network.
